LTX Match is a smart, tech-based platform that aims at matching opportunities for Latino talent across many career-building sectors – ranging from Entertainment & Media to Technology.
LTX Match unifies the broken bridge of “I can’t find Latino talent” on one end and “No one gives me an opportunity” on the other. However, for this to be successful, we need everyone in our community to participate. The more Latinos we onboard at all levels, the greater impact we have at increasing representation and providing opportunities.
LTX Match is currently in BETA. The goal of Phase 1 is to recruit as much Latino talent and as many community organizations as possible. You can create your Personal profile or Community Organization profile HERE.
